 Verified  I spent three weeks in Boris' Devin CW&CL apartment and have nothing but good things to say. The place is well situated within easy walking distance of the abundant eateries and shops in the town of Devin, and the many gravel roads and hiking trails leading into the mountain forests surrounding the town. The apartment itself is light, spacious, and uniquely-appointed with technology including several computer workstations, each with dual monitors, a machine that both washes and dries laundry, and an impressive bean-to-brew coffee machine. It also has a spacious glass shower big enough for the largest of us. Boris himself is a friendly, innovative man whose personable wife and cute small children lent a family atmosphere to my stay. I was even invited to several backyard events where I was able to meet other people in their lives, learning lots about Bulgaria in the process.  Verified  Mums patiko ☺Erdvūs apartamentai, patogu apsistoti su šeima ar draugų grupei. Prie pat centro, bet nuošalesnėje gatvelėje. Šiuo metu namo išorė remontuojama, sustatyti pastoliai, bet tas neturi įtakos patiems apartamentams. Viduje tikrai yra visko, ko gali prireikti, pasirūpinta, kad apsistojantiems būtų patogu. Visos galimybės gamintis maistą. Yra indaplovė, skalbimo mašina, mikrobangų krosnelė, kavos aparatas ir daug viso kito. Taip pat palikta ir indaplovių tablečių, skalbimo skysčio, kavos, todėl visus prietaisus gali naudoti. Aiškios įsiregistravimo instrukcijos, rūpestingas šeimininkas. Parkavimas gatvelėje prie namo. Wifi puikiai veikia. Ant langų tinkeliai nuo vabzdžių. 2 balkonai. Vienintelė keistenybė - į vonios kambarį patenkama per bendrą koridoriaus aikštelę, bet kadangi tai paskutinis aukštas ir laiptų aikštelėje tik dvejos durys (į apartamentus ir vonios kambarį), tai visai netrukdo. ☹Vienvietės lovos labai braška.

In early 2019, somewhere near Helsinki, a few ideas formed in my head. One of them was to renovate my grandparents’ house and turn it into a meeting place for free-spirited and open-minded people. After thousands of hours of work, hundreds of small and big hardships, the first stage has been completed, and I invite you to rest or work from Devin. A few things give me great pleasure and keep me going: analyzing and improving processes using technology and will, constantly seeking and improving, being among like-minded people and hosting guests.
